PREORDERS

If you place an order for a product that is on preorder, as well as an item that is in stock, all items will be sent to you when they are in stock, to reduce waste and save on shipping costs!

SHIPPING

At this time we only offer shipping across Canada & The USA. Standard shipping across the US and Canada is determined by weight and will be calculated when you check out. We offer free shipping on Canadian orders over $119. 

For those local to Penticton, we offer free delivery. We will message you 3-5 business days after your order is placed with the delivery date. We offer contactless delivery between Okanagan Falls and Summerland. 

RETURNS

All sales are final. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we would be happy to find a solution for you. 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
